There's speculation that it's referencing a star. So Sirius or Astre (because Ciel is French for sky). I personally love Etoille, but that doesn't seem very popular

No, it's still unknown. My bet is that it won't be revealed until near the end. It would be pretty coy of RCiel to label the rare blood as Sirius, after his brother though.
