Quingquing confirms to Curtis that had she not already had a mark on her ankle prior to their mating, that she definitely would have had his mark on her heart afterwards. Basically, she confirmed that though she likes Parker, she loves Curtis the most. Curtis seems to be suffering from an inferiority complex since he said that no other feral has ever had a female have their mark on their heart. But considering how different past feral/female relationships have been, it's understandable.
