Omg I entirely forgot one!
D) The author simply has changed where to oulish their webcomic on, that has been the case with some other webtoons (Kings maker and Warehouse as an example) as well
A) Best case scenario is that they only meant the end of the season
B) Worst case scenario is that it has been cancelled by either the author themselves or toomics due to reasons we don't know yet (Maybe it had a poor viewer count or the author is having problems with Toomics?)
C) Also best case scenario, maybe the author makes the continuation under a different name
I think it's either B) or C) since even on Toomics it says it has ended
