There is no official English translation of this. It's not on Lezhin. All chapters are free on the website/app it comes out on. It's only in Chinese so I am not sure the name of its app, but I have it.
This is all done by a translation team so that would be a no. As for what you mentioned about lezhin, I can't say whether that's true or not. Certain artists go on hiatus for a reason, if that were the case then I'm assuming most (from other licensing sites) would do the same.
I read something on facebook this afternoon and I have a question about it.
What I read: Some lezhin comics are on hiatus because of the issue with mangago and they are not going to continue until the mangago issue gets solved.
My question: Is this the reason why Here U Are is on hiatus or is for some other reason?
I'm asking this because Love is an illusion is also a lezhin comic and it's not on hiatus and there was no announcement about begin on hiatus at the end of chapter 74.
