they didn't die ^^ sword made a plan with the guy from the fbi so that they could arrest the boss from the prison for drug smugling. sen & sword are now on an island and have new names. sword also says in vol 3 page 207 they shouldn't call each other by their old names and have to get used to their new names ;))))

yeah i thought tooo that they died together but in the end they did/nt really at least they free and living now to the place sage good and happy im so happy for they too
