To me kirishima is an asshole... he cheats to annoyed yoshino and he is what you called a masochist... even thou he seems to love to torture people but that business to him.
To me yoshino deserves better, I agree with that point but to me the chemistry between kirishima and yoshino are perfect tbh. She don't mind him cheating because she doesn't even love him. They only arranged together, arranged doesn't mean later you be love like in some cases you do.
He is obsessed with yoshino because he used to be treated as scumbag but to yoshino, he is only some dude who is arranged with her and slowly they in yoshino perspective, they are friends and comrades because they are in "the same world". Because the world of yakuza and all... they could only be with one and another (relay on one and another).
