It doesn't matter how the author created his personality, since they deviated from the story he can be changed by outside interferences, like realizing he hurt his sister. What do you means by outside interferences? Look at our MC who been reincarnated. What things she interfered to change ML and the Emperor? None! All I see is she want to survive by herself! If not, why the brother didnt change at all?! So, it means the fault is in MC. In the end, I blamed the author girl since she the one who created their personality. She need to research more about trendy personality that woman readers want but she wrote it based her ideal type. But of course we cant blame both parties since it just a manga.
