There are cute interactions. I skipped some parts but Lockmann's visits by next chapters will be an interesting development. I actually like best other character POV on them. You can see how their friends view Lockmann and Nunnaly relationship.
At one time, Nike even confronted him during their academy days, lol, more like timidly asked him why he bullies Nunnaly. Not like he did answer her, but she did found out something from the prince when they stumbled upon Lockmann being harassed by a princess and why he acts that way to Nunnaly or maybe suspect.
Apparently, Lockmann is very weak to women's advances, he emolates the nobles way and etiquette. (Even tho outwardly he's very slick) (⌒▽⌒) With Nunnaly being a bull head just doesn't help. If Nannuly ever, say for instance, act weak in front of him (lol) he'd instantly cling to her. Instantly. That's why he said in the later chaps, with her character, he knew they were impossible.
What 's more he's a royalty so, his marriage isn't his choice. No matter how his father cares, the aristocracy will def hinder him and he doesn' t want to tarnish Nannuly. Cause he really likes her despite her shortcomings. He doesn't want to change her. Nannuly like a simple life and if he pursue her, without even the guarantee that she'll accept him, in the end Nannuly will be the one to face the dire consequence, not him, cause she's a commoner. He doesn't want to hurt her.
Lockmann's inner thoughts about Nannuly was an eye opener. Dunno if the manga will cover that. I wish they will. Deep inside he adores her, admires her and does not want to sully her. You might not see it now but later, he's borderline gentle and mean to Nunnaly.
Despite their antagonistic relationship. Many of their friends suspects later on that Lockmann really likes Nunnaly. (▰˘◡˘▰)

Okay. I like the manga and I admit it's because I love the art and Lockmann and Nannuly's potential. So... I read some spoilers and MTL the novel, though I skipped some parts cause you know how painful it is. But their first kiss

Will be at the very ending. They will also admit their feelings at that time. And it was more like an accidental kiss. （￣へ￣）
After finding out she's a princess from another country, fighting a villain and being in a coma for a month. The king hosted a ball for the Knights who fought. And in that ball while dancing with Lockmann, one way or another, Nannuly fell on top of him when she tried to run away after confessing her feelings. And ta-da after her tsun moment, Lockmann also confessed and their friends witnessed the event. They were like, "as expected." (〜￣△￣)〜 Then everyone was wondering/ask what will be her job now as she'll become the future Duke's wife.
The ending basically ends with her rebutting that she still want to work as a receptionist. Uughh... (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ Maybe because it's MTL that's why it's kinda frustrating. I wished more lovely dovely moments between the two. The cat and dog fight can only get so old.
And that's the end. Tho there are side stories and it explained many of their back stories, Lockmann's feelings in particular. But this is not a continuation of the ending. More like their past being retold in another perspective. I pretty much skipped the middle so if you all wanna know how and when Lockmann will treat her well, I don't know. As for when Nannuly realized her feelings, it was when they are fighting the Villian, the recent demon appearance is connected to it.
Maybe the novel would be able to portray this better. I hope so. If some of you guys have MTL/read the raw novel please do add some more to this, as I said I skipped a lot of parts. If there are lovely dovely moments I missed, please do share what chapter it is.
