It really is cheating. She cheats on him from ch 1 to ch 2 and breaks up with him in ch 3. So I wouldn't say it isn't cheating just cause you breaks up with him, since she still fucked someone else while in a relationship with another person, and it wasn't that fast when she broke up with him.
