I hope so too... But he is twisted in his own way. Ofc he was sleeping around before meeting our FL. But he did mention that he'd like it if the FL got angry at him for sleeping around but it's the opposite. She didn't care but he wanted her to care. It's more like she provoked him to do whatever he wants. Also telling him that if it's someone she likes she'd kill him if they cheated. So as twisted & trashy as Kiri is... I don't think it's just him whoring out. Maybe he is in love with the FL but he is also a Yakuza with a high libido from way before he met the FL.
So maybe yk he is insatiable so he is sleeping around with other people so that he can control his sexual urges for the FL or something like that. Cause obviously Kiri sees FL as a woman. yeah, for sure. he's obviously gonna fuck things up now and in the future because if they even get to the point where him cheating would hurt Yoshino, she might do the unexpected and get really upset/sad/depressed but she'll probably just drop him 'like the dog shit he is' or something like that and he'll end up seeing just how fucked he is. after all, this is probably what might happen since the author will probably give a character arc/change for him at some point if he wants to keep her around for any time longer. who knows, since this isn't even a shoujo, we might even see Yoshino twist everything on him at the end since she originally wanted to make him pay/leave him but her grandfather told her to wait one year. i think that would be really fun to see since Kiri might be upset/sad/heartbroken, but maybe that's just my sadistic side that likes to see men suffer

Tbh I feel that the real reason why Kiri is always sleeping around or whoring himself is just so he can get Yoshino's attention. He did say he'd want to make her kill him to the point if he cheats. So he's probably constantly doing it cause he wants to see Yoshino validate his feelings for her. Basically that means if Yoshino falls for him she would be angry enough to kill him if he cheats. Because remember when Yoshino brought up about going out with Shouma and Kiri basically in a round about manner said he'd kill the guy Yoshino cheats with.
Plus remember when Yoshino basically bluntly told him on his face that he can stop tryna play pretend with her and go fuck everything up. Like it or not. Their relationship is just twisted that way & it thrives for both of them.
But I really don't like it when Kiri sleeps around cause I ship Yoshino and Kiri. They make a good pair. Sighs* Twisted or nah. Can they please be loyal at the end. (︶︿︶)
