I know exactly how you feel. Authors normalize rape scenes that it just looks like the victim wants it. I can promise anyone that it doesn’t feel good at all nor does anyone want to be in that situation. What’s getting to me is how can he walk out of his house the next day and act like nothing even happened when people who go through that develop serious depression and anxiety. I don’t think anyone would want to even wake up, let alone leave the house after going through that.

This story actually has me crying and gave me a panic attack because of the rape scenes. No matter how many times I see rape stories I can’t ever stomach them because I’ve been through it and it makes me feel so disgusting. I wish people and authors would stop sexualizing rape because it makes me so sad :(.
