Veldora is one of the 4 Ancient Dragons. The original dragon was the Deity that created the world and the other 3 are his younger siblings. Milim is half dragon and half human.
Milim is Veldora's niece and is therefore less powerful.
Although her dad was more powerful than Veldora, she only has about half his power. However, Milim has more direct firepower whereas Veldora has other ways of using his power so she could still technically win.
