Still need help

I'm sorry but I can't get the manga out of my head, so here we go again.
The manga was about a boy who apparently was kinda like dumb but actually he's a stalker who's stalks the main character. They first meet at a bar if I remember well, and I think the stalker had white hair or something like that.
I will be really greatful if someone could help me out ┗( T﹏T )┛plisss
