I mean I have no idea how this works but I think that, yeah he probably has two phones, a personal one and a "business" one which he can use abroad, people who are important to him (family, close friends) are available on both. Then again, let's remember Yiyoung isn't really a part of his personal life (yet ;)), that's why his number isn't on both phones.

Ok lemme preface this by saying that I’m not trying to pick a fight or anything. But like you said if yiyoung isn’t part of his private life he should be on the work phone since they technically work together.... and he’s part of his business life?

Hmm yeah you're right lmao. Then maybe he has a phone he uses in Korea and another one he uses for everything abroad. This is bugging me hehe I wanna find a plausible reason. I personally know people who can't use their principal phone when away and who have an emergency one, with the very important people only too hmm. Anyway I guess we won't have any explanation about this but it's still fun to guess haha.

I just cant believe he went this long without an internet connection or checking his phone....? Let’s say he has a separate work phone, even then doesn’t mr kang have anyone in his life where he would wanna keep his personal phone on for... family, maybe friends? This requires way too much suspension of disbelief
