From what I've seen from the High priest's words, Tertius believes that Aristia is also a child of the prophecy. That Jieun is the child of the prophecy claimed by the temple, and not the high priest.

No, their god Raoul put Aristia back in time because of the prophecy. Everyone thought that Aristia was the child of the prophecy, but in truth was Jieun. And there were events that happened that led to Aristia being executed. So their god felt pity and bad for Aristia and went back in time. The god wanted Aristia to change her fate, hence she got her name "pioneer of fate".
But wasn't her prophecy something about her being the empress of the empire but jieun (is that her name?) got it instead.....
