Oh that could be potentially your phone. Idk, but it used to happen to me quite often on my old phone (I had a s5 galaxy). I heard the best solution could be if you hold it horizontally perhaps that could help.

But honestly don't know because here's the odd thing. I have a tablet it's an Asus 2 I still had the same problem. But the weird thing is on my current phone which is an OnePlus 6t I no longer have that problem. so my assumption is it could be perhaps the software of your device or something I can't really explain it.
