I think yes since in extra chapter of volume 2 takaya and touma says that yone brings his boyfriend along, and in the last panel it shows yone wearing a ring on his ring finger

Sure. It's Vol. 2 ch. 11. They talked about yonezawa bringing his boyfriend in page 10 and in the last page it shows him with a ring!
