In the last chapter the uke said stop a lot of times, and just accepted because he knew the seme wouldn't stop
The uke said stop not because he hated having sex with the seme but coz he was trying to run away from the seme. As the flashback shows the uke was rejected by his crush and was called disgusting.. and he even tried suicide by drowning in the sea.. for him sex is a way to forget everything.. but the uke slowly started realising that he likes the seme.. and then that abusive guy was going to tell the seme about the uke's past which he was desperately trying to avoid (idk the full content of his past.. but it must be something traumatising)
And in the last chapter the seme tried to ask the uke about it.. but the uke is just running away from him and avoiding him.. he even said some really harsh words to the seme, but the seme still loves him and accepts him
Idk y it's categorised as rape..imagine the person u love just calls u a sex buddy, avoids you, dissappears wthout a word, has sex with other ppl.. I think the seme has been very rational to the point I really wanted to give him an award.. like wtf do u expect more from the seme !? He was trying to talk to him but if he didn't use sex card the uke would have just dissappeard AGAIN.. y don't u feel the desperation of the seme (and it's not just an obsession)
I know the seme is a very rational person in a lot of aspects, I've being reading this story since the start and by the chapters I've being creating and imagining his personality. Of course I know the least thing he wants to do is hurt the uke and actually wants to treat him correctly. I know he's getting obsessed and I truly think that's because he know the uke needs help.
However, in the last chapter what he did was wrong and has no excuses. There are other ways to make the uke realized he doesn't deserve to be humiliated and mistreated [therapy]

Doesn't matter if he actually wants to -the seme can't read minds- No means no. Doesn't matter If that's the only alternative, No means no. Doesn't matter if they are a couple, No means no. The uke said stop and the least thing the seme has to do is STOP -even if is just for asking what's wrong-. Stop means no.
I know this scenes are going to be forgotten and they are probably going to be happy and that, but I'm saying this for you. You at least need to learn that no means no. No consent = Rape.
