If I remember correctly, it was called "The moon and the sun", part of a collection of one-shots and the art was similar to Honjou Rie - but I haven't found it yet, sry.

a manga where in the uke confesses to his classmate (seme) i think then the seme rejected the uke. however, after the seme went out the uke cried inside the classroom then the seme forgot about something and went back to the classroom wherein the uke is crying by himself..when the seme went back he saw the uke from the window of the classroom's door crying and when the seme saw the uke's tears he can't forget about the uke...then the stories goes on..
