This is definitely beautiful, it’s definitely worth the read. It’s about a boy who’s born with autism and the struggles that his parents experience with also the people around them. One thing, autism isn’t common in Japan so there is kind of some racism but people get over it and start to accept Hikaru (the boy).

"IS" is a really good manga about the struggles of an intersex person. Definitely all about explaining the difficulties of the life of people born without an easily definable gender and how they struggle in a society that struggles to acknowledge them.
any non-yaoi (shounen ai is okay) mangas or manhwas that include disabilities and disorders in a respectful and realistic manner that focus specifically on their struggles.
especially looking for disorders like down syndrome, autism (etc.) like http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/asper_kanojo/ but disabilities like prosthetics, deaf, mute, blind and mental health like depression and suicide are okay as well.
