I’m thinking the difference is webtoon=Comic made by an American and Manhwa= Made by Koreans. I’m m not 100% sure so if ppl say I’m wrong then let me know XD. Oh yeah, for manhwa idk if it is Chinese created or Korean created
Manhwa and webtoon are korean. Manhua is chinese. Manga is japanese. Webtoon doesn’t mean made by American either. Its just that the app WEBTOON allows American artists to publish their work and sometimes make those works “official” if they are good enough. I don’t know if you can really call the webtoons made by Americans true webtoons
And manhwa is generally in color unlike manga which is black and white
