2) I don't know if it will satisfy you but in my eyes, it fits the criterion. Jinsei Wa Barairo Da (I like it very much though some people criticize it, it is more shounen ai than yaoi. I haven't reached the end, but the "uke" doesn't want to be handled by a man and he is very attractive and open towards flirting with women and at some point, he will accept the relationship with the seme who is openly "gay" and frank about his identity and sexual orientation)
