I so feel he is that blonde guy who hurt the male leads sister.. Like he is very suspicious and just my senses tell me he is the guy who was part of people who killed the girl. I believe he is the one who said he wants her dead and not alive when he was with the other rapists. Plus he knew the girl personally so it might be that bastard.
Ok so someone else can also kill in dreams but more of a premonition/foreshadowing power... question is if it's masuda/detective or whatever his name is, the brother of the rapist or the random female ... i vote female. She has a bigger part than is lead on
