It doesn't seem like they will, and pretend like he only hurts bad and powerfull people instead of making character development and a emotional redemption arc
I think back when it hit its thirtieth chapter ages ago it was clear what you want isn't going to be the direction it's taking, so you might want to let go of that hope
The archduke is still a dick in my mind. He literally killed god knows how many innocent people in Ch 1 or 2
