If your talking about the webtoon then I can safely say Jenette was totally oblivious to the whole thing and never said a thing to Athy as Jennete seemed to be under the impression the Princess ran away due to a fight /argument they had. （￣へ￣）
And yeah she is oblivious a bit tooo much that honestly she is beginning to freak me out. (〜￣△￣)〜 ╥﹏╥
She reminds me of one of those characters in anime where they are either a husk /robot and the MOST susceptible to turning to the "dark side"/evil ways of the world.Σ( ￣□￣||) Mainly due to the fact her innocence is so overly done and is made as a recurring thing within her character's personality it makes me scared of what will happen when something will crack causing her to change to the other extreme. (⊙…⊙ )

but did jeanette, idk maybe said/felt sorry that she was real happy to meet her supposed friend's dad that forgot her?? likE IS SHE THAT OBLIVIOUS TO HER FRIEND AND HER SUPPOSED SISTER'S FEELINGS?? if she said sorry, then cool, she's nice after all. but if not, it'll be one more reason for me to feel uneasy and dislike her.
