No it's not that one, but this one looks very cute and I'm reading it now haha.
But the one I'm thinking of is quite old I think.
Good to know I'm not the only one! It always drives me crazy when I can't remember the name of a good manga/book.
The only scene I remember is the MC buys a present for the guy, but actually his sister or someone was the one who wanted MC to give it to the guy. The guy mistakes it as a confession and goes out with the MC. Or something like that, I don't remember the details clearly. It's been ages since I read it.
