This story has moved to a character development and battling set, the imperial family doesn’t show up a lot bc the MC has disregarded her title mostly. Children of the Zhao family don’t matter to the MC anymore bc they aren’t real family so that’s why they don’t show up. As of right now the main C is like on the phase of becoming strong and overcoming adversity so that’s why there isn’t a single male lead.

I pretty much dropped it. I am letting it accumulate and later check in again. It started really good then got boring to me.
What the heck is happening with this story?
It started off as a typical palace revenge story then it shifted to adventure cultivation story.
There's also the fact that you can't determine who the true male lead is.
Then they keep adding new characters while disregarding the old ones that don't have any more purpose.
Like what happened to the Imperial family, the other children of the Xiao family, and the honorable spirit?
