Oh definitely. A bunch of these books have side notes if you catch them it makes the book that much more funnier or sadder.
I know 'love is an illusion' has them, 'A guy like you' and 'lover boy' has them. It's not on every page it's usually just sprinkled in but you'll find them scrolling down the chapters and just feel the mood or break the mood.
Literal tears came out my eyes when I read the little side comment of him not liking to eat raw fish because he likes to eat raw ass.
