Excessive in anything is never good. But a simp is also someone who'd do anything for the person he likes. So basically thessar lol. But it's not really criticism more like a joke
I understand that it is a joke, the problem was that this is becoming another form of bullying, when it is supposed to be a criticism to people who are really throwing money/their life to someone who are not worth it. I had a friend who is like this (always thinking that he needs to help 'women' in need help from their boyfriend/friends who betrayed them and then ask for money, often he shows that he likes to watch women who show off their cleavage while dancing).
I told him that he needs to help women who are really in need of help (help volunteer in suicide hotlines, spread awareness of sexual harassment or exploitation like nth room for example, people who are bullied), you can guess what happen next, I ended up told off as liars. I mean what can you do? (￣∇￣")
A simp is someone who throws money to e girl and selling/showing their female body on internet, thats why its a negative connotation. I dont see how the man is a simp, in return would not it be great if alot of real life men similar to this male lead? Why are you criticising him?
