I interpret it as smth like a sweet/cute life with policeman. Sugar- sweet/cute, Dog-sometimes used to describe police, and life. But that's my way of understanding it XD
Interesting I get it but like others before me mostly read sugar dad life which is different. But even with your explanation I don't think it's a fitting name for this story. But just my opinion. And thanks.
