She is the main character so she will not face any karma. This is a smut Harem manga so no matter how much she abuses Haesol or Minho they will most likely remain by her side until near the end of the story if only to tease the audience on which ship will sail.
I'm not saying her intention was to severely hurt him but the fact that she spaced out for that long and did that much damage to her sub is abusive. You can't just do that and get away scot free with just a slap on the wrist.
I really hope that won't be the case but honestly you're probably right. Waiting for the day where a manga shows an actual acceptable ending where the main dom that acts like this cuts off all ties with their subs and goes and gets the therapy that they clearly need and the subs get into healthy relationships.
Tbh, i don't really care that she feels bad because thats how she should feel. She could of killed him. Feeling bad about that is just basic human decency. Honestly he needs to leave her, and when I say karma I don't mean that someone needs to beat her up or something. Just that maybe her love life shouldn't be so eventful and so many people shouldn't be licking her boots like she's a goddess. Also, if this were to be the only wrong thing she's done then I wouldn't be so hard on her. Alas, my motto is always that when it comes to relationships ,if you think it's an issue, remember that mistakes only happen once. And that isn't the first time nor do I doubt it will be the last time that she has completely disregarded her subs' needs. If she were to go to therapy and stop being in a relationship with the person who made her have bad dom tendencies in the first place, then maybe theres a chance of redemption for her. But even then, Hyesol still needs to keep away from her. Sorry I wrote an entire paragraph, this girl just really irks me.

Duna is sick and i hope she gets every bit of karma that's coming towards her. However I would like to commend the author for actually showing duna's behavior for what it is and showing the effects of an abusive relationship and not just trying to brush it under the rug as some kind of silly thing that just happened in bed. I wish a lot more stories would do so.
