I don't know if this help but:
- it's not a oneshot or short yaoi (9 chapters)...
The last events I remember was when a powerful monster attacked the younger brother (mc) and his mom. He overpowered it but the mother got injured, Mc feels guilty and thought he has to leave her but someone the enemy got up and grabbed to the other world. Mc who doesn't know he has power and up losing conscience because of the fall.
He was the. found by child then he ran away and was found by a weird suspicious guy with glasses who tempted him to take some sort of drugs to forget or something.
But in actuality it was used to make his second personality take over his body completely. Then I remember the four eyes guy with long light hair in ponytail gave Mc heads(bj~ odd scene I rememberxD) to appeal him or rather to express he's submissive. But it was mostly done to have something to shake the balance of the demon world by having this powerful Mc overthrow the crown heir (his elder brother).
-the mother of Mc was an outcasted high school girl considered crazy after she said she was violated by a demon (aka the Mc father). So when she found this boy (Mc) trying to befriend her she fell in love with him.
-Once the last demon minion died and all traces of his younger brother was gone, the older brother got angry but turns out he captured the servant of his younger brother(the one that helped him escape) and tortured him.
It's a very old manga . I remember the design weren't amazing a bit similar to Acid flower but not really. Anyway very early 2000 kind of drawing.
Can you give me a discription of the characters? Do you remember how they look like? Hair color?
What does the cover page looks like? Is it a picture of the twins?

The protagonist has black hair. Spicky but with some covering his forehead. Unruly hair. Similar to the hair of this kid:

I can't be sure about the protagonist attire... But he wore often the Japanese classic high school uniform. While I only see the elder brother in fancy robes like kimono.
Both Mc and his elder brother has the same hairstyle.
While the mother has light wavy long hair (the manga was black and white and in the cover was only the mc) so.... I can't tell which color it is.
The manga opens up with the elder brother forcing Mc into censored intercourse then quickly pass to Mc that has already escaped and probably just remember the psychological manipulation and belittling he been when he was with his brothers. The manga features several encounters with monsters sent to pech Mc but he end up battlying them. Also his mother can see monster while others don't....
That... I'm not sure... I don't want to say something I'm not sure and a part of me believe the one I'm thinking right now is from another manga.
So I can only say what I'm certain... The elder brother wasn't in the cover.. I could say that for the least since even in the manga the villain (elder twin) was shown for like two page every 3 chapters -_-.
I can't fully remember the cover but I'm sure the Mc was in it with something or someone.

No... It's not that...
Anyway, I'm pretty sure it's yaoi. There wasn't any Platonic love between Mc and his mother after all. Mc was male,... He didn't care about love but wanted to be with his mother and protect her but end up taking drugs from the weird doctor who tempted him he can protect her if he can control his other half and also bc of powers but it was a trap and he didn't con trol it.

i've tried searching online and the closest i could find was a fantasy BL visual novel game called "Angel's Feather". I think it might be it?

The things is I remember perfectly the plot, the art style etc.. But not the title. I can't search up by plot since its generic and its a really old manga that didn't receive that much of an attention or spotlight so hardly it comes in the suggestion. I wished I had an image. Which i think i did years ago but Ive changed phone and its more than five years I don't have it.
Today I searched during the entire afternoon on tenmanga (site I read it from) in particular all yaoi with supernatural tag from 1995 to 2015. I've got no luck. ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ tomorrow I dig my old manga list notebook hoping it's there.
That BL tho it does sound terribly similar for plot for me curious about that serie. So yeah, I didn't come empty handed by asking this super old yaoi sinceyour suggestion help me find something similar ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~

I asked this yaoi before but no one responded.... Yet it still bugs my mind. So why not ask again, I could be lucky. Y'know those kind of stories that you read in the past that dropped. But now it's bugging you to know how it ended?
Plot:
It's about twin brothers. Both are named KAI they are son of a demon lord. However only the elder twin is considered a full demon and is liked by everyone(demons). The younger is weak and looked down since he has no powers, since young he was never taught how to speak.... I think. Anyway younger brother was caged and used as sex slave by the older brother.
One day he escapes to the human world to find his human mom who was a high school girl. Yeah I don't get the timeline either... (that's why I need to reread it!)
Older twin asks his minions to find his younger twin who killed them with his hidden power to protect his mom. Apparently the reason he was caged was because younger twin brother had a second personality equally as powerful and more ruthless like their father (demon lord/king)
And the reason why elder brother kept his younger brother stupid (he forbid his brother to learn how to speak) and turning him in his submissive doll was to prevent that second personality to ruin his claims as the next demon lord/king. (since younger brother's second personality is much more powerful).
I remember both brothers had black hair while the human mother has clear wavy past shoulder hair and wore glasses. So it all comes down to a yaoi with :
-twin brothers both named KAI
-abusive elder brother that also happens to be op
-boy in search of his mom in a high school.
-mom of said boy falls for him without knowing the boy is her son.
It's very messy.... And probably the reason why it bugs me so much and remained in my mind after all these years...
There's plot holes and that's why it's been bugging me to read it again. I read it once back in 2013-14 on tenmanga. Was hoping I could find it if I search it in the section of the first letters of the alfabeth since ten manga organized their story like that (by title) however now it's by views so I completely can't find it anymore.
