I think he’s more along the lines of jealous about seeing his ex with someone else. I feel like he was very controlling and probably did something bad to even ruin the career of his ex. Plus the wants to completely steer clear of him. Sometimes ppl want to make sure that they’re ex partners can never get over them so he wants to try and take back what’s his (possessive).
