In the third life they don’t have any memories of the past. They reincarnate without memories. So this is the reason why Juju marries another man.
I started reading at 11pm and read the last chapter at 4:45 am... And after that I read the LN which was sooooo amazing. The third life was so sad and amazing that I scream and cry a bit for them.

In their third life, Juju will marry another man and have a kid with him. And Jin is forever single and died in the battlefield sacrificing his life to ensure that war will end and to keep safe of the land that his beloved Juju lived. Sad I know. But amazing nonetheless.
