I think he's referring to when he was younger, and probably poor. He's comparing the uke to the only precious thing he had when he was younger. I don't think he's being childish lol it's a he protec he attack situation lol
I lost it when he mentioned the toy car. For a lvl 100 Mafia Boss like him, his personality is pretty childish. Maybe that's just how mafia works. Who knows
