Yaoi manga's name

I'm sorry but I reaaaally need to remember the name of this manga, it's actually a shonen ai, and its about two guys who loved each other and one of them liked to make paper planes, but they never got together, so after some years the "uke" I think his name was Hoshino, is a teacher, and is the teacher of the "son" of the "seme", emmm what else... ah! the son of the seme falls in love with this Hoshino guy :) Its really short like 2 volumes I think, but I have already read like 3 times, just I totally forgot the name and want to find it :) thanks in advance and forgive my bad english hehe :)
