Killing Stalking had more chapters/pages and gave more of a conclusion than this.
I prefer Killing Stalking. This comic was gross and had a very unsatisfactory ending. Like, how the duck is the nurse guy still alive

Nah I think that nurse is still alive I mean he had plenty of time to just roll over and get out of the way of the train. Also I just think its better to think he is still alive ╮(￣▽￣)╭
That makes sense. Many victims that have gone through similar experience as this, develop mental disorders and ptsd comes to my mind with this one. Also there is no way that dude is alive, he was heavily injured and I think it is really just a creation of his vision..after all the trauma he went through
