Actually, I like the story... there are no rivals... the only thing that has annoyed me is the fact that the ML is just playing with her,and trying to sleep with her at the beginning of the story, but soon gets aggressive with her when she starts to avoid him...and that's when he realizes he's actually in love with her, to the point that he proposes to her for marriage, then he gets into an accident, and later , they decide to go to university together, he as a doctor, she a nurse... they get married, ahve a child, and work at his parents' hospital.... a happy family of 3 generations.
