Nara is a female and she was supposed to mate with him but she for uno, the brother. He has no relation to Lee hwa other than being a lycan. He doesn't "like" lee hwa for the fact that he is a hybrid and his mother is supposed to be the female he was waiting for yet again. .at least this is what I understood

Bruh inos brother ino is seolhyuns father and he was in love with nara who was inos fiancé but got pregnant with the brothers child. They are both females(who are really precious and rare)so for them to be together he had to find himself a replacement( hwa gok, but he already marked bin). So he failed and seolhyuns parent died...

Uno is Ino's stepbrother (and they're NOT Nara's sibling, right?), witch means Ino is Lee Hwa's uncle.
So..The reason why Ino hates Hwa is because he loved Nara, but it wasn't reciprocal and she maried Uno instead or it was it bcuz he was suposed to marry her since he's a male lycan and had to follow orders by that guy?
