The Anime was supposed to have a second season, but the creator passed away and no one could match his talent, so they left the Anime incomplete. That's probably how the manga will end up too. :( Look up Sunao Yoshida. If I remember correctly, a rare disease, that has no cure, killed him while he was still in his 20's. And that ended the Anime series.
I never know that Trinity Blood is actually a shoujo manga. I thought it was shounen with all the guns and bloods. The anime though had ended long time ago.
