Well patients after those injuries are high af on morfine and other painkillers so he might not feel much pain and if i were him i'd probably go to the rooftop to jump down.
And its easy to hurt wrist or ankle when being hit by a truck bcs after that you fall down on the ground. Or if u put your hands in front of u as a reaction of body to protect it from the hit you break your hands
I also think there was some timeskip(?) there
WHERE COULD HE HAVE GONE IN A HOSPITAL AND AFTER GETTING RUN OVER BY A TRUCK??? where could he have gone? literally how is he even movinggggg in the first place???? and oh yeah out of all the places he could injure while getting ran over by a car it just had to be his wrists huh....
