My thoughts exactly. I just rushed over anything that wasn't interesting scrolling down. Now I have to open to comment or read. I liked how it was very very easy before.
I just don't know if it would work like the summaries. They sometimes get stuck in my screen >_>
Something like this "+" sign to hide or show the replies would be sufficient already (me thinks); I'm the same, I'm diligently reading the questions and I'm curious about the replies as well, but once I need to open another site my lazyness strikes! ^^ (and most of the time I'm simply worried that I won't be able to find back to my starting point within the thread)
There is a small extension which I use in Firefox called "CoolPreviews", it allows you to view the content of any link without leaving the webpage you are reading. You just mouse over the comment you want to read, and you can even reply in the extension's window without opening a new tab. If you are using Firefox, you should give it a try. There is also a similar extension with the same name for Opera Chrome/ Google Chrome, it delivers the same functions but it is less sophisticated than the one built for Firefox.

thanks for all you replies guys! im the one who started this thread, but i finally caved and made an account!!
they changed it so now need for the extension anymore! :)
new beta site:: overall it's ok, but i really hate not being able to quickly read the comments or "topics" without having to open a new tab. if you could display the replies as you mouse over the question like with the manga summaries i would be fully satisfied!!
anyone else feeel this??
