To be fair though, they've been abused and neglected and basically powerless (in a child's body) for so many years... wouldn't you have some outbursts after that? They can't always do what they know they should do and suppress their emotions... I personally feel like the balance between their rationality and irrationality is pretty realistic (or as realistic as it can get in a fantasy manhwa lol)
But they were high school students when they transmigrated together... It's frustrating but I believe that the way they are acting is more realistic. I mean they're in a completely different world and they were just high school kids before so...
Abuse changes you and makes you very defensive and untrusting. Doesn't matter how old you are.
And if their bodies are that of children that means their brains are too, even with their memories. The abuse would have had an effect on a developing brain.

Yeah I agree but I was referring to the fact that the readers expected the characters to be the super intelligent type (?)... Even if they had transmigrated to adult bodies it wouldn't make sense for them to have this intelligence advantage considering the fact that they're in a world completely different... But you're totally right!!! I kinda forgot the abuse part ╮(￣▽￣)╭
They're both adult mentally, but all their reactions except for some cases seem like that of a literal child. They keep making dumb mistakes or saying things that they already knew they should avoid doing. Like, I like the concept of them being transmigrated together, but where's all that modern smartness?
