I'm pretty sure the movie came before the manhwa though. They both got out in 2012, but a movie take a few years to create, they started filming in November 2011 but the writing, casting and everything must have started earlier.
But the author of this manhwa was one of the two writers of the movie. So chances are he draw the manhwa in parallel.

I saw the movie a few years ago but I never knew it was based off a manhwa :0 . I wanna read but i already know it's gonna make me sad :(
