Its most likely the immense stress she was having during her conversation with the Crown Prince that once she was away from him, her body couldn’t handle it any longer and gave away. She did hypothesized that there was a ‘Reset’ button since its still a ‘game’ and that maybe once she might ‘die’ there, she could go back to her reality. Not seeing any reset button anywhere cause her to panic immensely. Thus, her passing out after the danger of dying was out of her system.
Ive read in some of the comments before that the Crown Prince is the most ‘reasonable’ one (?) in all of male leads for Penelope. According to them, he gradually learns of her and his percentage slowly increased in her favor. Im not sure how true that is but its something to look forward to.
it would be nice to have the crown prince favour penelope. itd be a great upgrade of power standing for penelope too i hope thats true. i saw the raws in korean and i was worried that one of her adoptive brothers might be her endgame!! i absolutely loathe those kinds of loveline. bc first of all itd be stockholm syndrom-y for her to have romantic feelings for either of them regardless of the character development, second of all they were supposedly her brothers albeit nonblood related...id still be uncomfortable!! thank you for hinting the prince's development he honestly is a very intriguing character
this webtoon is an emotional wild ride, i tear up every time she remembers her past and then make connection to her game reality. i hope whomever capture target that she ends up with is compassionate and gives her comfort. also, that prince's sword? is laden with poison maybe? she was really just scratched but she passed out. or maybe it was because of her already weak constitution, since she is not fed well and has went through a lot of poisonong attempts?? the crown prince character piqued my interest, but if theres no development and he stays abusive and agression manic, i dont want penelope with him!!!
