Yeah, i'd call it plain. Like after he gets reborn, he goes and save some girls, his crush and monitor. Then, for some reason both of them just suddenly falls in love with him ಠ_ಠ Just bcuz of a darn one scene of him saving them? ¯_ಠ_ಠ_/¯ This looks exactly like those daydreams that would never come true looks like.
And what abt the system? I'd call it trash in and out. At first, it seemed funny but later on, i just can't stand how it acts towards the ml─=≡Σ(╯°□°)╯︵┻┻ It feels downright annoying. There just doesn't seem to be a single decent thing in this manhua except for it's cover ಠ◡ಠ

I'm sorry but I don't have patience for this. I can't explain it properly but the way the characters react is so illogical to me, like I feel there's something wrong.
The MC cries in a panel then after that he isn't?? (Maybe I just didn't read it right)
He feels unfair so he suddenly complains. But he seems like a timid guy his whole life so I thought he'd just take it without any opinion. (I'm assuming, I haven't read it clearly)
So why did he suddenly become angry at the emperor?? Shouting injustice??

Also why are they mad at the MC because he interfered? I'm assuming there's many cases like him so why don't they have a proper procedure for that? Idk I think the author can't explain the story well and express it properly (imo)
so I find it uhh... Boring??
It's just a fast back and forth conversation that I just cant follow.
