Yeah. At first I was kinda confused but still crying but I went back and I realised that after she woke from the 'dream', Dojin didn't respond and it said slip around his hands indicating that he was dead so his hands had gone limp

But I'm confused of something, after Myungjoo woke up from her dreams then Dojin died which he finally meet Yellow Dragon? Please give me an answer.
