I think it's something of both. I recall them writing that the things they use must have her school logo to work for them. so it's her knowledge and her magic(logo)?
I’m almost positive that it’s just her cleaning knowledge from her world.
So is cleaning magic actual magic or is it just her knowledge of how to clean things? If it's actual magic then how are other people able to help her clean? I'm looking too deep into this but I have to know haha
