I feel you! Manga that portrays very realistic experiences just hit different, i loveee well-written characters, they have more "soul" idk. Here U are is an absolute masterpiece, and although few come to mind in the BL genre, i guess maybe given,our dreams at dusk and yatamomo, they are realistic, but a bit more heavy than here u are, so not exactly the same.
i reccomend you read sangatsu no lion and inso's law. They portray very real conflicts in a raw way, and even secondary characters have a personality and make a difference. On a more fantasy side of things, but with a similar vibe, i reccomend mushishi and mob psycho 100. If you are specifically looking for BL tho, i don't have any morerecs that give the same feeling, but these are also very realistic and good: rutta to kodama( better than it looks), golden sparkle, oni to tengoku

Thirty Years Old is adorable and shows more of the struggles of coming out and how the main character has to come out to his parents and how his parents learn to try and understand him better.
