"so lets just make a bad character that do some horrible and unforgivable thing LIKE KILLING HER PARENTS, then get him to treat the girl nice by a series of saving her, being by her side and just basically acting like a normal human being, enough that she forgets him for the whole thing and than we blame it on his traumatizing past and 'oh god poor male lead, he did not mean it' and they marry, yep, that works fine"
Also.... "I had to kill you(dragon) because I'm a knight" apologize didn't really sit well with me, hope that it will be explained for those that continue to read it because it just seemed like a "poor excuse" and just bad to wrap up.
